Thank you for your letter dated August 10, 2004. A week ago after you wrote to me, Robert Hurst sent out the enclosed directive to all CTV staff.

Please understand, we are all deeply sorry such an egregious error could have found its way into one of our broadcasts. It was certainly unintentional and caused by human oversight.

We look forward to an understanding and friendly future relationship with you and all the Polish and Jewish organizations in Canada.
